Not much happened today, it was a pretty slow and boring day, with three lessons having no teacher, and two lessons just spent doing barely anything at all. Nothing funny happened, nothing interesting happened. NOTHING. =(

However, this evening, I completed Wanted: Weapons of fate in one sitting, from start to finish. It was a lot easier then I expected to to be to be honest. Ah well.

Wednesday was very basic. Nothing big happened at all at college, and I’m spending all my time playing videogames from lovefilm.

Anywho, I must dash, games to play, coursework to do, etc etc :P

Tuesday!

But first, Monday.

Monday was quite possibly the worst Monday I’ve encountered in 2010. It starts with me going to bed late as I was up talking to some friends I hadn’t spoken to in a while, so I didn’t hit the bed till 2AM, so I then had to get up at 7AM for college! What a suck.

So, I finally managed to get to college in one piece. The events at college didn’t really consist of much, other then me almost falling asleep all day, and discovering that while I was gone for one lesson, my colleagues in Performing Arts had turned my character into some sort of cross-dressing gay that kissed a (wo)man called Elton… *sigh*

Then after this mayhem, I had a driving lesson. Quite possibly my worst driving lesson. Whether the car wasn’t agreeing with me, or I wasn’t agreeing with the car, I don’t know, but things just didn’t go well.

TUESDAY!

Ahaa, finally hit the Tuesday mark. Today was quite possibly the laziest day for college. It starts off with me having a free period first, where I just sat around doing nothing. I then went to ICT where we were supposed to do “research” for our next essay, but I just sat there doing nothing. I moved along to BTEC business after break where we had a short taught lesson, which consisted of filling out a sheet with answers I learnt 2 years ago! Back to ICT again after this, to which the teacher didn’t show up till 10 minutes from the end, so we didn’t really do much!

Then it was lunch, followed by the almighty “double free” (two free periods back to back) that I have every tuesday afternoon. It consisted of sitting there filming jaws on a mobile phone and playing with a pack of cards.

Upon my arrival home I discovered that two new Lovefilm discs had come, which were Quantum of Solace (QoS) and Vin Diesels Wheelman. I immediately hoped on to QoS and managed to complete it by the end of the evening. You may be going WHAT?! but it turns out it was a short game, and took me under 5 hours to complete. Tomorrow I send it back and move onto Wheelman, which I’m hoping is a good game…

There, I did it. I gave you full content! I gave you behind the scenes access to my ENTIRE two days :O I hope you liked it.

Oh my, I said I was going to write more…but I have nothing to write!

Unfortunately it’s back to school tomorrow, as half term ends, so I’ll hopefully have more to right about!

I forgot to send back Dark Void, I keep meaning to (As in, yesterday) but I didn’t get round to it! Lets hope I remember to do it tomorrow.

I wrote more! I did it, not much more, but it was more :P

So, I sent Condemned and Operation Flaspoint : Dragon Rising back, and I got Dark Void today! Dark Void happens to be absolutely awesome, I recommend it as a great game for anyone that loves third person games.

But you see, as it’s still half term, I’ve got nothing to write about! So I shall depart once more.

Condemned and Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising came today, unfortunately they’re both absolutely horrible games, so I’ll be sending them right back tomorrow. Condemned just takes FOREVER to get to a really small point, and Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising has controls which are too complex for something that is near realistic.

Maybe one day Royal Mail will deliver my lovefilm discs when they’re supposed to….now I won’t get them till tomorrow =/

On the other hand, I completed Dead Space, a completely awesome game. Sent it back today also. Didn’t really want to, but knowing the royal mail I can’t hold onto these things anymore. Let’s hope they come tomorrow :)

Was up early this morning, 7AM, for a two hour driving lesson at 8AM!

I can now proudly say I can do a 3-point-turn, otherwise known as a “Turn in the road”. So much fun.

Other then that, Tuesday was pretty boring. my disc from Lovefilm came, it was Dead Space. Just so happens to be an AWESOME game. I’m hoping to complete it tomorrow so I can send it back! ^_^

Anyway, I shall speak to thee tomorrow.

Royal Mail….they suck…really.

I was expecting the next disc to come from Lovefilm today…did it? Noooooo.

Royal Mail need to be shot, hung, drawn, quartered (Everyone in the business this is) and then thrown into a lake.

Why can’t we have another business deal with the national mail? I know I know no postal company is as big as Royal Mail, but with the current unemployment rates, I’m sure LOADS of people wouldn’t mind being a postman/woman, so if someone hired all of these people, they’d have a massive company ready to roll. You then take the fact that if someone replaces Royal Mail, most of their postmen would have to be laid off, so the new company then hires these, and could possibly start deliveries on sundays and so on! it would be awesomes.

Kane and Lynch: Dead Men! Such a pain!

The Havana mission happens to be the most frustrating thing I’ve played throughout my entire videogame career. It’s such a pain in the backside!

I’ve been trying to do it all evening, but I aren’t getting anywhere. I just need to finish this game then I can put it away! *raaage*

Other then that my saturday was boring. I didn’t go out, as per the usual, but I didn’t have anywhere to be! :P

This video is completely awesome, there must be 50+ films in that clip. Several of them look absolutely amazing, and I want to see them! The only major disappointment I find is that out of that clip I’ve seen about 10 films, I really want to find them all now! By try I mean I won’t actually try, but I’ll see how much I can end up writing and see whut happensss! Not much happened today, other then me almost forgetting to make this post (Damned coursework – again!) but I suppose coursework isn’t all to blame. I spent a large chunk of this afternoon playing and completing Red Faction: Guerrilla, which happens to be an absolutely AWESOME game!

You see, it’s happened again. I want to write, but I’ve run out of things to write about!

Not much fun, sent back my Lovefilm DVD’s yesterday, so I had nothing to play today! Hopefully they’ll be here tomorrow though.

As per, I’m doing work AGAIN (>:( ) So I’ve got to dash (AGAIN!). If you want someone to blame, my ICT Teacher(s) will fully accept it no doubt :)

I awoke this morning to find myself feeling incredibly ill, so I had the day off as I couldn’t even move from my bed =/

I then had the strenuous task of deciding which Lovefilm DVD’s to return from my games challenge ,as I was considering holding on to one to keep me occupied until the new ones came. I then had to go for a driving lesson, but luckily I felt much better.

Batman Arkham Asylum – Complete!

Such an awesome game, I couldn’t let it down from the second I started playing it. All in all I took about 3 30 minute breaks, other then that I played it from start to finish, with a total game time of about 7/8 hours ;O

My next game is Godfather 2, which I started earlier today, and I intend to play tonight, and right through till I finish it tomorrow (sunday)

Anyway, as per usual, I have to go back to doing what I was doing! I have work to do unfortunately.

I figured I would make Of the day of the day as I felt random and didn’t have time to find anything.

The discs came! The discs came!

College was a boring day, and at about midday I sent at text to my brother asking if they had arrived, and he replied with yes! I know I seem to be getting over excited over such a small event, but I like to prove to myself that I can accomplish stuff, therefore setting myself challenges is the way forwards.

I’ve been eagerly wanting to play Batman Arkham Asylum ever since my friend played it and kept abnormally quiet about it, but as soon as I mentioned it he said it could quite possibly be the best game of all time. So, I settled into it this evening with the intention to finish it today, that way tomorrow I can start on a different game (By the end of these 3 weeks I’m going to be filled with storylines!)

Anyhow, I must return to the game! Things to do, people to see, so on, so forth…

Wow.

This week has gone pretty fast. Here I was expecting it to be long and boring, yet tomorrow is going to be Thursday! Tomorrow is also the start of my challenge (assuming my discs arrive on time). This challenge is for me to complete 16 games over three weeks! Mad? Maybe. But I’m going to try it.

The way I’m doing it is hiring the games from Lovefilm, I’ve already got 16 games queued up, and I’m just waiting for the first one to arrive. When it does, the 3 week timer will start from then, and I’ll make a post here saying so! For anyone interested in what games I’ll be playing, check the list below:

The list also goes in order of priority, the ones at the top will come first, with the ones at the bottom coming last. Therefore, the first three games to arrive should be Batman the Gofather an Turning Point fall of liberty.

Lets hope they come tomorrow!

The evening however, progressed well. I never got round to watching 24 or Wild at Heart, something that makes me feel funny bunny because I love watching my programs, but I never got the time! I spent the majority of the evening on Burnout Paradise (I’m addicted, okay?! The first step is admittance :P) and another hour or so fixing a defunked computer for my father (The damned thing sounds like a bomb powering up from 24!)

Anyway, I must dash back to my Media Studies coursework before I forget to do it! (Speaking of forgetting, I forgot to go to an ATM which made me saaaaaaaaad faaaaaaace, but fear not, I shall have to dash down tomorrow :O)
